Source, verify and score B2B leads automatically
Your pipeline fills on a schedule you set. Prospects arrive researched, scored, and written into the CRM with a stage and an owner.
The GoStack Lead Engine sources, verifies, ICP-matches and scores leads, handing you roughly 425 verified contacts a month in managed deployments - name, email, company and fit score, ready for your team to call.

What it does
Four things the Lead Engine handles for you
Each one runs on a schedule you set, and every output waits for your approval before it ships.
Fill the pipeline every month
425 researched, scored contacts arrive every month, on a schedule, not whenever someone finds an afternoon to build a list.
Prioritise by fit score automatically
Every record carries a fit score against your definition of a good customer, so the best ones are obvious before anyone dials.
Pay only for verified contacts
Every address is verified before it is used. You pay about $8 for a qualified lead instead of per row for a list.
Write leads straight into your CRM
Records land in the CRM with a stage and an owner, and the Email Engine picks them up from there.

What's included
Everything the Lead Engine does
The Lead Engine discovers prospects, researches and enriches contacts, and scores every lead against your definition of a qualified fit — then routes it to the right owner and writes it into the CRM. Prospecting runs on a schedule instead of on your attention. AI agents handle the volume; a human review process governs what actually reaches a person. Pipeline dashboards show what entered, what qualified, and what is still waiting on a response.
Sandbox
Run the Lead Engine yourself
The real interface, filled with an invented company. Kestrel Robotics is a warehouse automation supplier selling into distributors and third-party logistics. Add a profile, run a search, score what comes back, ask the assistant. Nothing saves — reload and it starts over.

Lead Engine
Find and review people who match your research profile.
How to use the Lead Engine
Describe who you want to reach, run a search, then score only the contacts you want to check. Nothing is scored until you pick it.
More filters
How to read your results: Eligible means no exclusion rule matched; it does not guarantee a strong fit. Scores run from 0 to 100. Tier 1 is the highest priority. Open a lead to check the reasons and contact details.
| Name | Company | Score | Tier | Status |
|---|
Nothing matches those filters.
Find your next customers
Describe who you want to reach, find people, then choose whose fit to check.
Who you want to reach
A customer profile describes the people most likely to need your product or service.
Find new leads
Review your saved contacts
Select the people you want to check, then score them against your customer profile.
Already have a list?
Upload a spreadsheet saved as CSV, or a JSON contact list. Each contact needs an email address or LinkedIn link. Uploading does not score or email anyone.
Who is your ideal customer?
A customer profile tells GoStack which people and businesses to look for. It is also called an ICP.

Tips for better matches
- 1Use clear industry names. "Manufacturing" matches; "Manufacturing and contract manufacturing" is one term nothing holds, and it will be split.
- 2Say who to exclude. They are why a lead that matches perfectly is still rejected — a competitor, the wrong company type, a market you will not serve.
- 3One audience per profile. Create a separate profile for each audience so you can search for them individually.
- 4Save criteria edits directly. Use "Rebuild from notes" only when you want to replace your criteria with a fresh reading of the original notes.

Our impact
Built by running it
GoStack was built by operating it across spirits, public-safety IoT, industrial services and software, before it was ever sold.
MEASURED IN
PRODUCTION.
Thirty days of measured output across four client brands, June 2026, auto-generated by the Analytics Engine.
These figures come from engines we operated for clients. Beta is what establishes product traction, and it sets the baseline rather than hitting a target.

Who it's for
Built for three kinds of team
Founders and owner-operators
3–25 employees, $250K–$5M revenue. Buyer and user are the same person, and the problem is acute today.
You need more opportunities, but you are still building every list and starting every conversation.
Lean marketing and growth teams
A team of one or two carrying a number. The capacity problem is obvious and the proof cycle is short.
There is no repeatable pipeline, and the technical team cannot run sales and marketing.
Agencies and VA agencies
One customer deploying across many client workspaces. Not a segment — a distribution multiplier.
You prospect for every client and rebuild the same list logic in every workspace. One engine, deployed per client, beats ten half-maintained spreadsheets.
Four reasons teams choose this engine
The difference is what happens around the output, rather than the output itself.
It arrives written into the CRM
The Lead Engine is fed by the SEO and Content Engines and writes into the CRM Engine.
Verification happens before the send
Every address is validated before it is ever used.
Human review is built in
A defined human review process decides what reaches a person under your name.
The unit cost is measured
17,000 raw records became 425 qualified leads for about $8 in total spend.

In their words
What the teams running it say
From the businesses GoStack operates for today.
We stopped building lists by hand. Leads arrive scored and routed.
Our old list is worth something again. Nothing sits untouched now.
Everything about a customer is in one place. Nobody has to remember it.
The technical work finally has an owner, and we can see what moved each month.
One idea now goes out everywhere without me sitting in the middle of it.
Campaign pages go live the same week we decide to run them.
Nothing goes out unread any more, and I stopped being the reason things were late.
The pitching runs without me. I approve what fits and skip the rest.
Proposals go out the day we talk, not the week after.
Meetings end with owners and dates. Follow-up is not my job anymore.

Questions
Common questions, answered
How quickly is it running?
Live inside two weeks. Setup covers the baseline audit and configuration against your business, and it is paid upfront — $2,500–$7,500 depending on complexity. Deployment starts on signature.
What are the terms?
Starter and Growth are monthly or annual, and an annual commitment gets two months free. Managed runs a six-month initial term with a ninety-day review checkpoint. There is no long lock-in beyond that.
What happens if I stop?
You keep everything the engine produced and everything it configured on your side. There is no half-finished tool to write off, because you were never building one.
Who actually does the work?
The engine does the volume and a person keeps the judgment. Every output routes through the Approval Engine to someone named on your side before it ships — nothing goes out under your name unread.
Will you contact our existing customers?
No. Suppression lists are the first thing we ask for and the first thing we load. Contacting a customer as though they were cold is this engine's worst failure mode, and it is entirely avoidable.
Do we need the CRM Engine too?
Not strictly, but a qualified lead has to land somewhere. Without the CRM Engine we write into whatever you already use — and if that is a spreadsheet, expect the handoff to be the weak link.
